Hi! I'm Andrew Hajjar, and I am the Director of Partner & Consumer Engagement here at RepairPal. I'm an ASE Certified Service Advisor and have been here for 8 (!) years, and was on our sales and shop management teams prior to my current role.
My team's mission is a simple but important one - and that's to facilitate an exceptional repair and support experience for consumers, partners, and shops - every time. We're a small but mighty team, but we take our mission very seriously and with great care. We thrive on providing support across many channels: email, phone, live chat, on-site, through our licensed technicians, and via virtual and in-person training.
